Virgin Voyages is serving up something new! The adults-only cruise line is introducing new and refreshed dining menus across three popular venues, including The Beach Club at Bimini, The Wake steakhouse and The Dock.
The culinary updates include a collaboration with Caribbean chef Rashida Holmes, who is bringing island-inspired dishes to Bimini, along with refreshed brunch and dinner menus at The Wake, created in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Brad Farmerie.
Best of all, dining at all three venues is included in the Virgin Voyages cruise fare, so guests can enjoy the new dishes without paying extra.
The changes come as Virgin Voyages reports that nearly half of its guests return for another sailing. With so many repeat cruisers, the cruise line is looking to introduce new dining experiences while keeping popular favorites.

New Caribbean-Inspired Menu at The Beach Club at Bimini
One of the biggest changes is coming to The Beach Club at Bimini, Virgin Voyages’ private beach club experience in the Bahamas.
Virgin Voyages has partnered with chef Rashida Holmes, known for her Los Angeles restaurant Bridgetown Roti, to introduce an entirely new menu inspired by Caribbean and Bahamian flavors.
Drawing on her Bajan and Trinidadian heritage, Holmes has created a lineup featuring family recipes and traditional Caribbean dishes.
Some of the new menu highlights include:
- Curry Chicken Roti, inspired by her mother’s family recipe
- Snapper Patties
- Tamarind BBQ Skewers
- Crispy Tostones
- Sweet Plantains
- Coconut Rice Pudding

The new dishes are designed for a relaxing beach day, with shareable plates and bold Caribbean flavors.
For Holmes, the collaboration is particularly personal. Her Curry Chicken Roti is based on a recipe passed down from her mother, while other dishes reflect the meals she grew up enjoying with family.
When Will the New Bimini Menu Be Available?
The new Beach Club at Bimini menu will begin rolling out on October 16, 2026, with availability depending on the ship.
Here’s when guests can expect to experience the new menu:
- Resilient Lady: Mid-October 2026
- Scarlet Lady: Late October 2026
- Brilliant Lady: Mid-November 2026
- Valiant Lady: April 2027, when the ship returns to Bimini
The new menu replaces the Beach Club’s original food offerings.
The Wake Steakhouse Gets New Brunch and Dinner Menus
The Wake, Virgin Voyages’ upscale steakhouse, is also receiving a menu refresh.
Michelin-starred chef Brad Farmerie, who helped create The Wake’s original menu, has returned to collaborate on the updated offerings.
The goal is to maintain the restaurant’s classic steakhouse atmosphere while providing more variety, particularly for guests who enjoy dining there more than once during a cruise.
The refreshed brunch menu includes dishes such as:
- Waldorf Salad
- Russet Sweet Potato Hash
- Portobello Mushroom Benedict
At dinner, cruisers can expect a combination of familiar favorites and new selections, with some dishes varying by ship.
Highlights include Chilled Corn Soup, Leek & Potato Soup, Pan Roasted Salmon, Grilled Swordfish and Caramelized Sea Scallops.
The popular Clam Chowder remains on the menu as a dinner-exclusive option.
Other additions include Tuna Tartare on select ships, Bacon-Wrapped Twice-Baked Potatoes across the fleet and Oysters Rockefeller as an optional “Treat Yourself” selection.
The updated menus also introduce more vegan and gluten-free choices, including a Broccoli Quinoa Pancake at dinner.
For travelers taking longer cruises, Virgin Voyages is adding another interesting feature. Voyages longer than seven nights will offer additional specials at The Wake, giving guests more variety throughout their sailing.
The Dock Introduces New Mediterranean-Inspired Dishes

The Dock, one of Virgin Voyages’ popular casual dining venues, is also getting a refresh.
Known for its relaxed, open-air atmosphere and Mediterranean-inspired small plates, The Dock is introducing several new dishes designed for sharing.
New and updated selections include:
- Jeweled Tabbouleh
- Sautéed Eggplant
- Trumpet Royale Mushrooms
- Red Lentil Dip
- Turkish Deviled Eggs
- Kebbeh
- Pork Souvlaki
- Beef Kafta Skewers
Seafood lovers can also look forward to Swordfish, Yellowfin Tuna and the venue’s popular Poached Shrimp.
On Resilient Lady, guests will also find a Plum Pita Tart for dessert.
The updated menu includes a wider selection of vegan and gluten-free options, making it easier for guests with different dietary preferences to enjoy the restaurant together.
Virgin Voyages Continues to Focus on Dining at Sea

Food has been a major part of the Virgin Voyages cruise experience since the adults-only cruise line launched.
Unlike many traditional cruise lines, Virgin Voyages doesn’t have a main dining room or traditional buffet. Instead, guests can choose from more than 20 dining venues, with food generally prepared fresh to order.
The cruise line was ranked No. 1 for Best Cruise Line for Dining by U.S. News & World Report in 2026 and was named the top mega-ship cruise line in Travel + Leisure’s World’s Best Awards for the fourth consecutive year.
According to Chef Levi Mezick, Virgin Voyages’ Senior Director of Culinary Program Development, the latest changes are designed to give returning guests something new to discover without removing the dishes they’ve come to enjoy.
“Menus should never stand still. We kept the dishes Sailors love, then pushed them further with bolder flavors, more variety and plenty of surprises,” Mezick said.
Are the New Virgin Voyages Menus Included in the Cruise Fare?
Yes! The new menus at The Beach Club at Bimini, The Wake and The Dock are all included in the cruise fare, continuing Virgin Voyages’ approach to included dining.
However, certain premium “Treat Yourself” menu items may carry an additional charge.
The refreshed menus at The Wake and The Dock are available now, while the new Beach Club at Bimini menu begins its phased rollout on October 16, 2026.
Final Thoughts
These dining updates are welcome news for both first-time and repeat Virgin Voyages cruisers.
The new Caribbean-inspired menu at Bimini is particularly interesting, bringing authentic family recipes and regional flavors to the cruise line’s beach destination.
Meanwhile, the refreshed menus at The Wake and The Dock offer guests more variety while keeping some of the dishes they already know and love.
For cruisers who enjoy trying new foods and dining experiences while on vacation, these changes offer another reason to look forward to a Virgin Voyages sailing.
What do you think of the new Virgin Voyages menus? Are you most excited about the Caribbean dishes at Bimini, the steakhouse updates at The Wake or the Mediterranean options at The Dock?
Happy cruising!
