Azamara Cruises is making changes to its Experience More packages, introducing a new three-tier structure with updated pricing and inclusions.
The refreshed Experience More, or ExMo, packages will be available for cruises departing on or after September 24, 2026. Instead of pricing packages based on cruise length, Azamara will now charge a consistent per-person, per-day rate.
The three new options: Essentials, Enjoyment and Indulgence, bundle popular extras including Wi-Fi, beverage packages, shore excursion credits, specialty dining and laundry.
According to Azamara, the changes were developed using feedback from more than 1,700 guests, with Wi-Fi, beverages and dining ranking among the amenities cruisers valued most.
Azamara’s New Experience More Packages

Here is what cruisers can expect from each of the three tiers.
Essentials – $59 Per Person, Per Day
Azamara says the Essentials package provides savings of more than 37% compared to purchasing the included items separately.
The package includes:
- Unlimited Starlink Plus Wi-Fi for one device per person
- Premium Beverage Package
- $25 per person, per day in shore excursion credit
On a seven-night cruise, the Essentials package would cost $413 per person and include $175 in shore excursion credit.
Enjoyment – $79 Per Person, Per Day
The mid-level Enjoyment package includes additional dining, beverage and laundry perks.
It includes:
- Unlimited Starlink Plus Wi-Fi for one device per person
- Ultimate Beverage Package
- Specialty dining every four nights
- $30 per person, per day in shore excursion credit
- One laundry bag every seven nights
Azamara says this package represents savings of more than 38% compared to purchasing the individual benefits separately.
For a seven-night cruise, the package would cost $553 per person and include $210 in shore excursion credit.
Indulgence – $99 Per Person, Per Day
The top-tier Indulgence package offers the most inclusions, including unlimited specialty dining and additional Wi-Fi access.
It includes:
- Unlimited Starlink Plus Wi-Fi for two devices per person
- Ultimate Beverage Package
- Unlimited specialty dining
- $35 per person, per day in shore excursion credit
- $20 per person, per day in spa credit
- Two laundry bags every seven nights
Azamara says the Indulgence package offers savings of more than 51%.
On a seven-night cruise, the package would cost $693 per person. Guests would receive $245 in shore excursion credit and $140 in spa credit.
Why Azamara Changed Its Experience More Packages
Azamara CEO Dondra Ritzenthaler said the cruise line redesigned the packages after gathering feedback from more than 1,700 guests.
The feedback showed that Wi-Fi, beverage packages and dining were among the extras guests valued most. The goal of the new tiered structure is to make it easier for cruisers to choose a package based on the extras they are most likely to use.
The cruise line is also introducing a flat 10% commission for travel advisors when Experience More packages are purchased before the cruise.
There Are a Few Important Rules
There are several details cruisers should know before purchasing an Experience More package. Guests sharing the same stateroom must purchase the same package tier. Solo cruisers only need to purchase one package.
Experience More packages can be purchased until seven days before departure or within the first 48 hours after boarding the ship. However, the packages will not be available on charter cruises, World Cruises or Grand Voyages.
What Happens If You’re Staying in a Suite?
Azamara suite guests already receive unlimited specialty dining at Prime C and Aqualina, so the dining benefit works a little differently. Instead of receiving the standard unlimited specialty dining benefit included with the Indulgence package, suite guests will receive two Chef’s Table experiences.
On cruises of 13 nights or longer, they will receive three Chef’s Table experiences.
Azamara Has Also Upgraded Its Wi-Fi
Alongside the Experience More changes, Azamara has completed a fleet-wide upgrade to Starlink satellite internet. Standalone Wi-Fi will now be offered in two levels: Essential and Plus.
Starlink Plus is included with all three Experience More packages, with the number of connected devices depending on the package selected. Azamara says its standalone Wi-Fi packages will also use a simplified system based on how guests plan to use their internet connection, with options ranging from basic browsing to streaming, video calls, cloud services and VPN use.
What About Onboard Credit?
Experience More package prices will be displayed and charged in the currency associated with the guest’s booking market. Shore excursion and spa credits included with the packages will still be issued in U.S. dollars.
Guests can use qualifying non-restricted onboard credit toward the purchase of an Experience More package. However, onboard credit that comes as part of the Experience More package is restricted. Shore excursion credit can only be used toward excursions, while spa credit can only be used for eligible spa purchases.
The Bottom Line
The biggest change to Azamara’s Experience More program is simplicity.
Rather than packages varying according to cruise length, cruisers will now choose between three clearly priced options starting at $59 per person, per day.
For guests who already plan to purchase Wi-Fi and a beverage package, the added shore excursion, dining, laundry and spa benefits may make the bundles worth comparing with the cost of purchasing those extras separately.
The new Experience More packages apply to Azamara cruises departing on or after September 24, 2026.
